About our school

Euclid Preparatory School is a tuition-free public charter school serving grades K through 8 in Euclid, Ohio. Every year, this school picks a theme and wraps the entire experience around it. This year it was Harry Potter. Past years: The Hunger Games. Monopoly. It sounds like fun because it is. But the reason they do it goes deeper than that. A school-wide theme gives every child, every teacher, and every family a shared language for the year. It builds culture. It makes showing up feel like belonging to something.
The school's mission is to develop determined, fearless, and future-ready leaders. That sounds like a sentence on a wall until you see how it shows up: weekly tutoring with teachers, a Family Community Liaison (Mrs. Skillern) who pushes social-emotional lessons directly into classrooms and works with students one-on-one, an after-school program Monday through Thursday, and clubs that actually reflect what children care about. Anime Club. Afrobeats Club. Choir. Dance. Your child doesn't bend to fit the school. The school makes room for your child.
Sports begin in 6th grade: boys and girls volleyball, boys and girls basketball, and cheerleading. Field trips include the Cleveland Zoo, local farms, and yearly off-campus experiences. The Father's Day Walk brings dads into the building and into the culture. Every event is designed to pull families closer, not keep them at arm's length.
It's a publicly funded school. There's no tuition, no fees, and no cost to families.
