NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
EUCLID PREPARATORY SCHOOL
IDEA Part B Funds
The Board of the School shall hold a Public Hearing to allow for public comment on the use of
IDEA Part B funds, pursuant to requirements set forth by the Ohio Department of Education,
which provides for an opportunity for public comment on the use of IDEA funds. The Board
invites the public to provide commentary and/or opinion.
Test Preparation Time Limit Waiver
Pursuant to ORC 3301.0729, there is a limit to the amount of time in which schools may engage
in test preparation for students; approximately 2% of total instructional hours, with some
exceptions.
The school wishes to apply for a waiver to assist the students who need the additional testing
preparation time.
The Board shall hold a Public Hearing on the application for the waiver and invites the public to
provide commentary and/or opinion.
The Public Hearing is included on the agenda of the October Board Meeting:
